GSMA Shortlists SpatialBuzz for Top Cloud Award
SpatialBuzz was today shortlisted for a prestigious GSMA Award, with the winner to be announced at next month’s flagship global telecoms event, Mobile World Congress. The company has been selected in the Best Mobile Cloud Service or App category, after deploying its revolutionary Live Check solution with Telefónica Germany.
The Live Check solution delivers a unique, real-time and location-based customer perspective on user experience, while helping to manage customer expectations about the network – delivering cost reductions and impacting customer satisfaction in a positive manner, a combination rarely achieved in the industry.
By deploying SpatialBuzz’s Live Check solution, Telefónica has empowered its customers by providing visibility of real-time network capabilities and status checks. This enables customers to self-serve for network issues, and provides internal departments with the advanced CEM analytics systems to detect and resolve network issues.
SpatialBuzz, one of the world’s fastest growing customer experience analytics and service monitoring companies, has already produced award-winning CEM solutions for mobile network operators.
The GSMA, which runs the awards, represents the interests of mobile operators worldwide, uniting nearly 800 operators with more than 250 companies in the broader mobile ecosystem, including handset and device makers, software companies, equipment providers and Internet companies, as well as organisations in adjacent industry sectors.
