HUBER+SUHNER to Launch Market-Leading System at Data Centre World
Leading international manufacturer of components and systems for optical and electrical connectivity, HUBER+SUHNER, is due to announce the launch of a new, class-leading, future-proofed system at Data Centre World in London.
The Switzerland-based company will be unveiling the new system as part of its building blocks exhibition – a wide portfolio of the components needed to create a data center that will stand the test of time.
The HUBER+SUHNER stand – N75 – will also showcase its industry-leading handling, packing density and exceptional fiber management systems as well as its copper and optical transport solutions. By occupying as little space as possible with passive equipment, HUBER+SUHNER customers are able to deploy more means of generating revenue in their data centers.
“We have chosen Data Centre World as the launch platform for our new solution which will become the focal point of our growing data center portfolio,” said Urs Ryffel, COO Fiber Optics at HUBER+SUHNER. “As the world’s largest gathering of key players in the data center field, this is the perfect stage. We are very excited to showcase it and demonstrate what it has to offer to our customers.”
Future proofing of data centers is becoming nothing short of essential. HUBER+SUHNER will advise at Data Centre World that users upgrade to fiber management systems that are designed to accommodate a quick, simple and inevitable upgrade path from 10G serial to 40G and 100G parallel optics.
With more traffic and an ever increasing need for reliability, easy handling and capacity, systems must be prepared for a more challenging environment in order to maintain operability and reduce down-time.
“Our primary objective when developing our products is to make them completely reliable over their serviceable lifetimes,” said Ryffel. “Our new system ensures total flexibility and reliability, and, with over 25 years of experience in delivering business-critical connectivity solutions, you can rely on HUBER+SUHNER systems to deliver consistent, high quality results.”
