Netadmin Systems has its strongest presence in the Nordics (Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark) and Incognito Software Systems has an established presence in other parts of EMEA, North and South America as well as the AsiaPacific region. Working together, the two companies will be able to address new markets and cross-sell each other’s products.

“This is a text-book example of a win-win where the two companies join forces to help our customers focus on their core business and growth rather than the deployment and management of mixed network infrastructure,” says Mats Ekelund, CEO of Netadmin Systems. “Incognito is well-regarded for its ability to help providers enhance their customer quality of experience, and pairing those bandwidth monitoring, management, and service activation capabilities with our own robust FTTx solutions let’s our mutual customers respond to subscriber demands quickly and cost-effectively.”

Perfect fit
Both companies deliver solutions that let operators and service providers speed up their roll-out of new services to their customers, and focus on their core business and growth rather than the deployment and management of the infrastructure. Netadmin’s OSS is specifically developed for FTTx networks and the NETadmin solution will reinforce Incognito’s broad service offering with many large international customers already on the list.

“The deployment of high-capacity services like high-definition IPTV and video-on-demand continues to soar and for many service providers, fibre technology is the way to go with its near unlimited capacity. Adding Netadmin System’s products to our portfolio, the CSPs will be able to further reduce the time-to-value and get end-customers up and running through automated provisioning processes,” says Stephane Bourque, president and CEO of Incognito Software Systems.

Industry-leading companies join forces for increased international reach and broader product portfolios

Netadmin Systems, a market-leading provider of OSS solutions for FTTH (fiber-to-the-home), has entered a strategic partnership with Incognito Software Systems, a global provider of broadband device provisioning, IP … Read More

[1652,1509,78,1651
post-5288","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","tag-incognito-software-systems","tag-mats-ekelund","tag-netadmin-systems","tag-stephane-bourque
["GET
