Mobile Operators across the world were asked to rank A2P SMS Messaging Vendors on over 30 KPIs relating to performance and leadership.

Dialogue was delighted to be ranked number 1 by operators in seven key categories including Route Monitoring and Management, Reporting, Connectivity, Timeliness, Industry Expertise and Global Presence.

The report also highlighted that operators see Dialogue as being “reliable leaders in their field” who are “keen to work with mobile operators to monetize A2P revenues effectively”.

This news could not have come at a better time as Dialogue celebrates a record 21 years in the A2P SMS business. Over the past 12 months Dialogue has been committed to educating the market on grey routing messaging with its “zero shades of grey” campaign, to help operators gain a deeper understanding of the market conditions.

This report validates and supports Dialogue’s unique key values as they continue to work with operators to provide a better customer experience for their subscribers. By providing monitoring and reporting tools to operators, Dialogue is helping them to ensure that network bypass is kept to a minimum by stopping fraudulent activity. At the same time it is enabling them to generate significant new A2P SMS revenues.

Dialogue CEO Perry Offer said. “We are incredibly pleased and proud to be awarded such high praise from all of the global mobile operators that took part in this survey. We pride ourselves on advising and delivering protection against A2P fraud through 100% on-net A2P SMS delivery”. He added, “Dialogue will remain devoted to working in partnership with network operators to continue to secure long term sustainable revenues.”

Mr Offer continued, “Although Dialogue is very encouraged by the response from the SMS market, we have identified that much still needs to be done because short term solutions are unsustainable. Right now we are finding that it’s the early adopters who are seeing the real benefit of implementing a long term A2P monetisation strategy, but we anticipate that the majority of operators will follow suit in the not too distant future”.

For more information on ROCCO’s survey and to read the full report click here.

To arrange an interview or briefing with Dialogue Group, please contact Kirsty.peasley@proactive-pr.com or call +44 1636 812152.For more information about Dialogue, please visit the website at www.dialogue.net or follow @dialogue_tweets on Twitter.

A global survey taken by Mobile Operators on A2P SMS Messaging Vendors ranked Dialogue as number one in seven market leading categories

Mobile Operators ranked Dialogue Group as one of the top four A2P SMS Messaging vendors, in a recent … Read More

[562,563,564,1187
post-4724","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","tag-dialogue","tag-dialogue-group","tag-perry-offer","tag-rocco
["GET
