New thematic cluster \u2013 NXT Connected Lifestyle to showcase technology\u2019s pervasive influence on everyday life<\/em><\/p>\n

Asia contains nearly half of the world\u2019s Internet users and is fast moving towards a world of connected cities where every aspect of business and leisure is enhanced by ICT. It is therefore fitting that CommunicAsia2015 and EnterpriseIT2015<\/a>, held 2 \u2013 5 June 2015 at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore, will showcase the latest innovative technologies from the entire info-communications ecosystem.
\nCommunicAsia2015 and EnterpriseIT2015, Asia\u2019s preferred industry event, incorporating SatComm2015 highlights three themes separated into clusters NXT Cities, NXT Enterprises and for the very first time, NXT Connected Lifestyle. <\/p>\n

The rise of mobile devices has resulted in the convergence of personal, professional and social lives, with consumers demanding more of their own personalised connected networks. With technology playing an important part in our lifestyles, the need for more devices be connected seamlessly is greater than ever. The new NXT Connected Lifestyle<\/strong> will explore this emerging market, where the frontrunners are still to be decided and the stakes to be claimed.<\/p>\n

NXT Connected Lifestyle will cover Smart living, wearables, 3D printing, connected cars and unified communications & collaboration, and will also demonstrate the technologies that underpin the new market such as content security management, OTT and multi-screen. <\/p>\n

Exhibitors will demonstrate state-of-the-art devices that provide groundbreaking capabilities, sophisticated access and spontaneous control to potential clients, to help their businesses stay relevant in the ever-changing connected world. Visitors will get to preview industry players\u2019 capabilities in providing a connected experience that\u2019s designed to significantly enhance the lives of users.<\/p>\n

In the future of connected lifestyles, consumers will live in integrated cities where healthcare, finance, public safety and education are intrinsically linked. Buyers from the public and private sectors will congregate at NXT Cities<\/strong> to look for solutions specified to automate city operations, increase efficiency and improve the quality of life for residents.<\/p>\n

NXT Cities (pictured right) will showcase biometrics, ePayments, eGovernment, mHealth, smart metering, mobile learning, big data, IoT, mobile banking, and other technologies needed to empower the connected cities of the future.
\nThe connected cities of the future will be driven by a computerised business world, where workforces are empowered with greater flexibility. However, greater flexibility brings higher chance of security breaches. According to a recent survey<\/a> on users in Singapore, only about 66 per cent protect their devices.<\/p>\n

NXT Enterprises <\/strong>(pictured left) will spotlight challenges faced by the digital business age and the innovative solutions to overcome obstacles. Visitors can preview end-to-end solutions, developed for big data, cloud, security and enterprise mobility, which will fast-forward the evolution of smart enterprises where greater efficiency can be achieved, at lower risks and costs. <\/p>\n

Launched at CommunicAsia and EnterpriseIT in 2014, the NXT thematic clusters have been incredibly successful. BIMAR is a Singapore-based start-up offering a Swiss location-based technology, LBASense. The company\u2019s CEO Erel Rosenberg, said: \u201c2014\u2019s event was especially fruitful as we signed a strategic cooperation and are negotiating relationships with multiple suppliers, application developers and end users.\u201d<\/p>\n

Another Singapore-based company, BioSenze Life Science<\/strong>, selected CommunicAsia2014 as the industry platform to launch the world\u2019s first diagnostic kits that provide accurate health test readings. <\/p>\n

\u201cBioSenze Life Science chose CommunicAsia2014 as the industry platform to launch the world\u2019s first mobile diagnostic kit which can provide accurate health test readings on the go. The company has generated dozens of new business leads as a direct result of the exhibition. Many were interested in how the BioSenze device can dramatically reduce the time taken to conduct a diagnostic test and the tremendous impact it will cause to the healthcare industry. The leads generated now form the basis of our business partners and distribution reach that the company has planned for in the coming 12-18 months,\u201d said Mr. Michael Tan, Founder \/ CEO, BioSenze Life Science Pte Ltd.<\/p>\n
