FTTH Council Asia Pacific Auckland conference approaches sell out and attracts leading industry keynotes worldwide<\/p>\n
Later this month in Auckland, New Zealand plays host to one of the most prestigious telecommunications conferences ever staged in the country, when the FTTH (Fiber to the Home) Council stages its conference and exhibition at the Langham Hotel (May 19-21).<\/p>\n
The event, entitled \u201cBuilding the Economies of the Future,\u201d will debate the issues around FTTH technology and super-fast broadband delivery. The keynotes represent a real who\u2019s who of the industry and they include Hon. Amy Adams, New Zealand\u2019s Minister for Communication and Information Technology; Graham Mitchell, CEO of Crown Fibre Holdings; Mike Quigley, CEO and Director of NBN Co, Australia; David Storrie, CEO Nucleus Connect Singapore and Dr Xiong Yan Tang, Deputy Chief Engineer, China Unicom. Visitors to the event will be able to share experiences of FTTH deployment around the world, including special sessions on e-health, rural applications, entertainment and MDU innovations. There is also a series of pre-conference workshops.<\/p>\n
