{"id":6165,"date":"2016-09-15T15:37:41","date_gmt":"2016-09-15T15:37:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.telecomstalk.com\/?p=6165"},"modified":"2018-06-06T09:56:28","modified_gmt":"2018-06-06T09:56:28","slug":"huawei-fujitsu-intel-join-ecocs-exhibitor-line","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.telecomstalk.com\/?p=6165","title":{"rendered":"Huawei, Fujitsu and Intel Join ECOC\u2019s Exhibitor Line-up"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Nexus Media Events Ltd, organiser of the European Conference on Optical Communications Exhibition (ECOC), is gearing up for another successful show with technology giants Huawei, Fujitsu and Intel confirmed to join the line-up for the first time. <\/p>\n<p>Now in its 21st year, the ECOC Exhibition &#8211; the largest optical communications event in Europe &#8211; will be held in D\u00fcsseldorf, Germany, and is set to welcome more than 5,500 visitors over the three days. <\/p>\n<p>The Market Focus &#8211; which is marking its tenth successful year \u2013 is sponsored by Inphi and forms an integral part of the long standing ECOC Exhibition. With twenty-seven sessions scheduled, visitors to the Market Focus can listen to industry discussions and presentations around the evolution of the optical communications industry. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cEven in its twenty-first year, ECOC continues to attract new exhibitors and we are also delighted to be welcoming back many returning exhibitors,\u201d said, Beverley Lucas, Event Director for Nexus Media Events Ltd. \u201cThis year\u2019s show is very close to being entirely sold out, so visitors can expect an extremely packed three days\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The annual free CTTS training sessions \u2013 which will be held in the exhibition hall &#8211; are also returning to the show covering insights into key techniques and providing informative training and demonstration sessions. <\/p>\n<p>Attendees can plan sessions they want to attend, including Market Focus sessions, CTTS training sessions and FTTx demonstrations with ECOC\u2019s brand new \u2018My Schedule\u2019 feature \u2013 providing an easy and convenient way to collate all the information into a single personalised handout.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re excited to showcase a full programme of demonstrations and presentations this year for our visitors, as well as a world-class line up of speakers and exhibitors,\u201d added Beverley Lucas. \u201cThe team has worked incredibly hard this year to provide the very best sessions for our visitors and we look forward to welcoming everyone to the show next week.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>Over the past 21 years, the ECOC Exhibition has travelled to 12 different countries and 18 different venues.
