Fast Light uses UTEL’s revolutionary Advanced Reflection Detection (ARD) technology which sets a new global benchmark for optical time-domain reflectometer (OTDR) performance and has the potential to greatly reduce the cost of building and operating fibre networks.

Alongside Fast Light, UTEL’s copper test solutions will be displayed at the show. These solutions deliver improved repair time for high revenue xDSL services at lower Operational Costs (OPEX) and can be customised specifically for customer requirements.

“At UTEL, we have been researching and designing centralised copper test systems for many years and developed a good understanding of the issues operators face,” added Kaufhold. “We have spoken to many Middle East operators who have expressed their frustrations and we believe we have the technology they are looking for.”

For more information visit www.utel.co.uk or speak to a UTEL representative at Booth Z-J46.

UK research and development company will display FTTH technologies following demand from operators in the region

UK-based company United Technologists Europe Limited (UTEL) today announced it will be making its Middle East debut at the Gulf International Technology Exhibition (GITEX) … Read More

[7
809,530,1277,1276,65
post-4880","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-news","tag-frank-kaufhold","tag-gitex","tag-gulf-international-technology-exhibition","tag-united-technologists-europe-limited","tag-utel
["GET
